“We launched a programme to build new high-tech clinics and perinatal centres some time ago. Some of them have been opened and are now operating, and very successfully, I might add. I think the idea of making high-tech medical care available to people in the regions is proving its merit.”
The topics discussed during the talks included the initial results of the successful cooperation between Russia and Ukraine in the nuclear field, the acquisition of uranium assets abroad and the development of Russian uranium deposits. Particular attention was paid to the development of the nuclear industry as a whole, especially the additions to the Federal Targeted Programme for the Development of Nuclear Weapons.
