“It is necessary for questionable distributers to realise that they’d better act within the law, otherwise their losses from penalties might exceed the gains they are trying to obtain by using these speculative methods,” said the Prime Minister during his meeting with the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
During the meeting, the prime minister announced that he has signed a government resolution authorising an additional 10 billion roubles to finance the second stage of the used car scrappage programme.
Yelena Skrynnik assured the prime minister that measures taken by the government would help to ensure that the country’s domestic demand for grain would be met even if “worst comes to the worst.”
