"A single formula should be used to calculate the cost of products sold in pharmacies: it should be the manufacturer’s sale price plus the retail mark-up, which is separately set by Russia’s regions. As the result, we have a price control system for essential medicines. Even though this refers to essential medicines, not all pharmaceutical products, it is a rather long list. Anyone found in breech of this pricing structure must be held to account."

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin meets with Head of the Federal Taxation Service Mikhail Mishustin

During the discussion tax collection in the first quarter of 2010 was summarized. The head of the taxation service said that 825 billion roubles in tax had been raised for the consolidated budgets of all levels of government, 32% higher than the same period in 2009.

Vladimir Putin and Polish Ambassador to Russia Jerzy Bar laid flowers on Mr Kaczynski’s coffin while the national anthems of both countries were played.
