Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk laid flowers next to a piece of the wreckage from the Tu-154 plane crash. After paying tribute to the deceased, the Russian and Polish prime ministers held a bilateral meeting at the crisis center.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin attends United Russia’s interregional conference held in the Siberian Federal District to discuss Siberia’s socio-economic development strategy through 2020 and plans for 2010-2012
