Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has held talks with Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov
Both prime ministers expressed their condolences to the Polish nation regarding the plane crash in Smolensk.
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk laid flowers next to a piece of the wreckage from the Tu-154 plane crash. After paying tribute to the deceased, the Russian and Polish prime ministers held a bilateral meeting at the crisis center.
