“Starting next year, we will launch a large-scale healthcare modernisation programme. About 25% of this programme’s allocations, or nearly 150 billion roubles, will be spent on children in the next two years. This is largely linked with women giving birth,” the Prime Minister said during the meeting.

“According to our targets, the ratio of modern hardware in the Army, Navy, and Air Force will have grown to 30% by 2015 and to 70% by 2020. The government’s arms programme through 2020 should form the basis of this large-scale effort.”
