“It is still too early to give a comprehensive evaluation of our anti-crisis measures. But it is already possible to say that despite all the difficulties, the entire programme of anti-crisis measures has been implemented. I hope that we have gotten through the most intense phase of the crisis, and that economic recovery began in the second half of the year.”
I think it is clear that if we have achieved something this year, it is the result of our shared efforts and the support for our work from the President, his Executive Office and the regional authorities. Only by working together have we managed to achieve the modest results Dmitry Medvedev just mentioned. I would like to thank everyone and wish you all a happy new year.
