Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to Turkey
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, on a working visit to the Republic of Turkey, held talks with his counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Intergovernmental talks in Ankara were followed by the signing of joint documents. Than Vladimir Putin held met with Abdullah Gül, the President of the Republic of Turkey.
Those participating in the meeting considered questions related to carrying out the obligations in the federal and regional budgets on financing measures that are part of the State Programme for the Development of Agriculture and the regulation of the markets for agricultural produce, resources and production for the period 2008-2012.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin held a meeting with head of the Federal Tariff Service Sergei Novikov
At the meeting, Mr Putin and Mr Novikov discussed a Government resolution on state regulation and control of tariffs, charges, fees and natural monopoly services on rail transport.
More than 15 agreements have been drafted for the upcoming visit by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to Turkey, Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin said in Ankara, following the meeting of the mixed Russian-Turkish inter-governmental commission on trade and economic cooperation. Mr Sechin is on a working trip to Turkey.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to Orenburg Region
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who is on a working trip to the Orenburg Region, visited the Experimentalnoye pilot farm, where he inspected a barley field and talked with farmers. He also chaired a meeting on harvesting in 2009 and met with Orenburg Region Governor Alexei Chernyshev.
