The Commission recommended the Government to permanently extend the validity of import duty rates on certain types of chemical materials used in tanning and shoe industry, inclusive.

Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin signed an intergovernmental agreement on bilateral oil cooperation

Speaking after the signing ceremony, Mr Sechin said that the agreement creates a new foundation for bilateral energy cooperation.
