The meeting discussed gas supplies to the regions, in particular to the Russian Far East.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin met with Economic Development Minister Elvira Nabiullina
They discussed the economic situation and indices for March, as well as Russia’s economic ties with its partners in the EurAsEc and the CIS.
“Within the next five years the volume of water bioresources produced will increase by half amounting to 4.7 million tons, with the Russian fish product share in the home market reaching 80%,” noted Deputy Prime Minister Zubkov in his opening remarks.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to Tver Region
During a working trip to the Tver Region, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin inspected the construction site of Unit Four of the Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant in Udomlya and chaired a meeting at the plant on issues of the sector’s development. Then Mr Putin visited the Tver Railway Carriage Works and met with its staff. He also had a meeting with Tver Region Governor Dmitry Zelenin and toured an exhibition of investment projects.
