Prime Minister Vladimir Putin conducted talks with his Bulgarian counterpart Sergei Stanishev

"Russia and Bulgaria are important trade and economic partners for each other. We are glad to have an opportunity to discuss all aspects of our cooperation, to analyse what we have done in recent times, and to map out prospects for the future."

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Bulgarian Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev made statements to the press after intergovernmental negotiations

"Our opinion exchange has once again proved our shared desire to develop Russian-Bulgarian relations in every field. As you know, the atmosphere of our relations that has taken shape over time is notable for the respect of mutual interests, and is aimed at ever new objectives."

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin met with Kamchatka Territory Governor Alexei Kuzmitsky

At the meeting, Mr Putin and Mr Kuzmitsky discussed the results of the unification of the Koryak Autonomous District and the Kamchatka Region into a single region – Kamchatka Territory.
