Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to Kaliningrad Region
On an official visit to Kaliningrad, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin attended the opening ceremony for the road connecting Kaliningrad with Khrabrovo Airport. The Prime Minister also held a session of the Presidium of the Presidential Council on the Development of Local Government. Vladimir Putin visited the Yantarny sports complex in Kaliningrad and met with Georgy Boos, the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to St. Petersburg
During an official visit to St Petersburg, the Prime Minister visited the Turner Scientific and Research Institute for Children's Orthopaedics in the town of Pushkin. Before leaving St Petersburg, Vladimir Putin also inspected the new Tu-214 airplane.
“Relations between Cyprus and the Russian Federation are based on long-standing traditions and continue to develop successfully. The legal base for cooperation between our countries is being strengthened. Quite recently, on October 8, the Government of the Russian Federation approved a protocol for an intergovernmental agreement that would protect capital investment. I think that the ratification of this agreement by both countries will make our economic cooperation even more transparent.”

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to St. Petersburg
The Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who is on a working visit to St.Petersburg, has taken part in the Third Russian-Finnish Forestry Summit and has met with the Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen. Vladimir Putin and Matti Vanhanen held a joint press conference and attended the ceremony of the opening of Finland House in St.Petersburg.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to St. Petersburg
During a working visit to St Petersburg, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin chaired a meeting on urban development, and together with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi continued to discuss various aspects of their two countries’ relations and current international issues.
The Council discussed the development of timber processing in the Volga and Urals federal districts. “Fifteen priority investment projects worth 23.6 billion roubles are being implemented for this purpose in these federal districts,” Zubkov said.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s visit to St. Petersburg
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi held а videoconference with their Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan and met with the managers of major Russian companies active in Russian-Italian economic partnership.
"The duty to prevent the pandemic will be mainly shifted to the regional authorities," emphasized Zubkov. "Regional authorities' short-term tasks include drawing up regional vaccination programmes differentiated by risk groups, which will be used in calculating the necessary volumes of pandemic influenza vaccines to be purchased and in providing pandemic influenza vaccine supplies, and working out the logistic plans for supplying pandemic vaccines to municipal medical institutions," said the First Deputy Prime Minister.
