The Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and the head of the IOC Coordination Commission for the preparation of the 22nd Winter Olympic Games and the 11th Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi, Jean-Claude Killy, have visited a section of the bypass road around Sochi intended to ease traffic in the city during the 2014 Winter Olympics.
The signing of the agreements was followed by the briefings of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, Mr Jean-Claude Killi, and Head of the Sochi-2014 Organising Committee Dmitry Chernyshenko for Russian and foreign journalists.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin held talks with his Belarusian counterpart Sergei Sidorsky
The two Prime Ministers discussed preparations for the upcoming State Council meeting, including current issues of the Union State development, its immediate prospects and analysis of earlier achievements.
"I am convinced that in order to minimise the negative impact of the world crisis on our economies we need effective joint actions. We should make full use of the benefits of integration, encourage mutual trade and strengthen cooperation in production."

Based on the results of the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union State, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation and Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky of the Republic of Belarus signed a Plan of Joint Actions of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation to minimize the consequences of the financial crisis, improve the balance of payment parameters, and enhance the conditions for business activities and mutual trade.
Mr Zubkov said the domestic meat output growth rate was encouraging. The past three years saw a growth of 13.5%, including a 6.5% increment in 2008. Poultry production grew by 15%, and pork, by 7%.
