Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited companies of the Tula Region engaged in the comprehensive investment project Novomoskovsk Industrial Complex, chaired a meeting on private-public partnership as the basis for the post-crisis development of Russian regions, met with Tula Governor Vyacheslav Dudka, visited the KBP Instrument Design state unitary enterprise, and gave its employees government awards for scientific and technical achievements.
