During the second day of the visit to the People’s Republic of China Prime Minister Vladimir Putin met with Jacques Rogge, president of the International Olympic Committee, had several meetings with the leaders of the PRC and of the other countries and visited the Opening of the 29th Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.

During his visit to the People’s Republic of China Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had several meetings with the leaders of the PRC and of the other countries and with Jacques Rogge, president of the International Olympic Committee. Vladimir Putin also visited the Opening of the 29th Summer Olympic Games and met with Russian sportsmen in the Olympic village in Beijing.
