The meeting focused on the situation in the Republic of Buryatia, in particular the resettlement of people from dilapidated housing and labour market issues.

They discussed the situation in the region, in particular the real economy sector, agriculture and employment, and the connection of new customers to the gas supply system.

“We are going to consider the draft Climate Doctrine submitted by the Ministry of Natural Resources. Climate change and related risks have been addressed by many global forums. Russia is an active participant in such discussions, and is complying with its international obligations to the dot.”
