“Our countries’ relations are developing very intensively. Suffice it to say that trade has increased ten times over from January to September,” the prime minister said.

“If people act within the framework of the law, they must be given the right to express their opinion, and we must not restrict anyone in exercising these civic rights. However, if someone breaks the law, the authorities and the law enforcement agencies must urge compliance with the law by all legal means.”

The Russian prime minister spoke about the positive trend in Russian-Israeli relations, particularly economic relations. He also noted that this year marks the 20th anniversary of the resumption of Russian-Israeli diplomatic relations.

“We cannot accept any acts of corruption. They must be fought very actively. Very actively! We must marshal every resource, formal and informal.”

"The people who have a special responsibility to their country and to society, and who carry out their duty, will be able to count on decent social guarantees. For our part, we expect improved performance from all the structures responsible for the security of the state and its citizens."
