1984: Graduated from the Economics Faculty at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

PhD (Economics).

Experience

1984-1997: Researcher at the Central Research Laboratory of Labour Resources of the R&D Institute of Labour and the Russian Academy of Sciences’ Employment Problems Institute.

1997-1999: Social Programmes Director, Reformugol Foundation.

1999-2001 and 2002-2008: Director, Social Policy and Human Resources Department; Deputy Director General for Human Resources and Social Policy at Mining and Metallurgical Company Norilsk Nickel.

2001: Deputy Governor for Social Issues, Taimyr (Dolgano-Nenets) Autonomous Area.

July 2008-December 2010: President of the All-Russian Inter-industry Association of Employers – National Alliance of Nickel and Precious Metals Manufacturers; Board Chairperson at the Soglasiye Insurance Company.
