Prime Minister Vladimir Putin holds meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin
Mr Sechin informed the prime minister of the results of consultations with the leading energy and oil companies regarding the price of lubricants during the spring sowing campaign. Mr Putin had previously issued a related directive for the spring sowing campaign.
