On May 17, in Chernogolovka, Moscow Region, Dmitry Medvedev will hold a board meeting of the Presidential Council for Economic Modernisation and Innovative Development. The meeting will focus on innovative development in environmental safety and effective environmental management.
The meeting will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, Presidential Adviser Elvira Nabiullina, Minister of Economic Development Andrei Belousov, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergei Donskoy, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, representatives of ministries and government agencies, heads of relevant companies and universities, and Skolkovo Foundation residents.
The Prime Minister will visit the Institute of Chemical Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and the business incubator at the RAS Research Centre in Chernogolovka to get a first-hand look at innovative developments in the field of oil processing, petrochemicals, alternative energy sources based on fuel cells, and the production of polymer and composite materials.
