Dmitry Medvedev has signed a list of instructions resulting  from the Prime Minister’s working visit to Krasnoyarsk on February 14-15, 2013. The text of the document is as follows:

1.The Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov) and the Ministry of Labour (Maxim Topilin) shall:

a) in cooperation with the federal executive bodies and organisations concerned, consider the feasibility of creating an advisory body chaired by a Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation on the protection of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care.

Report back by April 30, 2013.

b) in cooperation with the federal executive bodies and Russian employer associations concerned, take additional measures to organise interaction between professional education institutions and employers to ensure successful job placement of graduates in their chosen area of training (speciality).

Report back by September 1, 2013.

2. The Ministry of Education and Science (Dmitry Livanov), the Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov) and the Ministry of Finance (Anton  Siluanov) shall:

study the issue of support for student non-profit organisations, including special terms for their use of the premises and other infrastructure of educational institutions.

Report back by June 1, 2013.

3. The Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov) shall: 

secure approvals by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Promotion of New Projects of draft Government acts to approve (amend) the roadmaps being developed as part of the National Entrepreneurial Initiative before submitting them to the Government of the Russian Federation according to standard procedure.
