Zapolyarnoye Field Medical Unit

All sections of the Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg Medical Unit are close to the main production facilities. This is due to the rotational work features, and this makes it possible to provide the fastest medical care.

The medical unit consists of:

- an outpatient clinic for 25 appointments in a shift;

- an inpatient unit for 15 hospital beds and three intensive therapy beds with an intensive therapy unit with two operation tables;

- an emergency unit with one team of paramedics in one shift;

- pharmacies;

- five health posts in the gas fields and two health posts for drivers.

The surgery has been designed and built according to clean-room technology, and is equipped with air conditioning and a sterile airflow over the operation table.

The intensive therapy ward has a monitoring system, equipment for artificial lung ventilation, automatic drug dosage, and extracorporal detoxication.

The sections of the Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg Medical Unit are licensed to provide:

- first-aid;

- outpatient medical assistance in cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, therapy, surgery, radiology, midwifery and gynaecology, dermatovenerology, psychiatry, medical examinations, and dentistry;

- in-patient medical assistance in anaesthesia, cardiology, neurology, surgery, ultrasonic diagnostics, endoscopy, midwifery and gynaecology, dermatovenerology, psychiatry, and addictology.

- emergency care;

- clinical and laboratory diagnostics..

In total, the Novozapolyarny Camp's medical unit consists of 145 doctors and paramedics.

Novozapolyarny Camp Hostel

The hostel can host 956 people. It includes two three-storey residential units and a community unit. Heated passages connect units on the first floor.

The total floor area of the residential units is 19,000 square metres. The units have 280 small single flats and double flats. Each flat has a kitchen, a bathroom, a pantry, and a drying room.

The community unit was commissioned in 2005. The total area of the community unit is 3,500 square metres. It includes a salt therapy room, a universal sport hall, a wrestling room, two weight training rooms, a billiard room, a room with washing machines, a winter garden, a canteen with 72 seats, and a food shop.
