Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin was shown how Agusta Westland helicopters are built at the Russian-Italian plant, Helivert. The helicopters' assembly cycle and the enterprise's plans for the future were also described to Mr Rogozin.

Mr Rogozin said that the state will continue to support cooperation with foreign enterprises that are moving production to Russia, with a high degree of localisation rather than "complete knock-down assembly.

After touring the enterprise, Dmitry Rogozin held a meeting on developing helicopter engineering in Russia.
