“When we are together, when we feel that we are a united nation, Russia has always managed to overcome any difficulties and times of trouble, to defeat its enemies and to uphold its freedom and independence.”

Over 300 people from 13 Russian regions, which are part of the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts, will take part in the forum. Each delegation is comprised of the representatives of large regional public associations, youth movements, church figures, seniors' and Cossacks' councils, organisations that joined the Russian Popular Front, plus workers of culture, education, and science sectors.

The Forum will focus on the current condition of and prospects for the development of interethnic relations, cooperation with the youth environment, issues of social and economic development in the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts, fighting corruption, crime, and terrorism.
