The Novokuibyshevsk Oils and Additives Plant produces 124 categories of commercial goods, including application specific oils for auto and tractor petrol and diesel engines, locomotive and ship diesel engines, naturally-aspirated engines and turbodiesels, trunk piston diesel ship engines, and transmission oils for tractors and other agricultural machinery.
In 2007, the plant launched a programme to create a new family of Rosneft branded oils; production began in spring 2008.
The plant turns out one-third of the additives produced in Russia, as well as special commodities in high demand such as solvent extracts and slack wax. Overall, in the ten years since its inception, the plant has launched the production of more than 20 types of refined oil products.
