Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Mykola Azarov sign a protocol for the sixth meeting of the Committee for Economic Cooperation under the Russian-Ukrainian Interstate Commission following talks in Sochi
The following documents were also signed in the presence of the Russian and Ukrainian prime ministers:
- A Memorandum of Cooperation between Inter RAO UES, the state company Energorynok and the state foreign trade company Ukrinterenergo;
- A Memorandum of Cooperation between RusHydro and Ukrhydroenergo;
- A protocol introducing changes to Item 3 of Article 2 of the Agreement between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of the Economy of Ukraine Regulating the Export of Certain Types of Steel Pipes from Ukraine into the Customs Territory of the Russian Federation, dated January 13, 2005;
- A Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine on Inter-Regional and Cross Border Cooperation.
