The Federal Guard Service (FSO) is a federal executive body responsible for drafting and implementing government policy and legal regulation, control and oversight in the field of state guard service as well as in safeguarding presidential, governmental and other types of special communications and information provided to government agencies (federal, regional or otherwise).
