Born on August 16, 1973, in the settlement of Iksha, Dmitrov District, Moscow Region. 

1995: graduated from Ordzhonikidze State Management Academy.

1998: graduated from Moscow State Academy of Law.

1995-2005: worked at the Russian Finance Ministry.

1995-1998: leading specialist at the Main Department of the Federal Treasury.

1998-2003: department head, chief accountant of the Main Department of the Federal Treasury.

2003-2004: Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Federal Treasury, Deputy Director at the Main Department of the Federal Treasury.

2005: appointed Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury.

October 2007: appointed Head of the Federal Treasury.

State awards: Order of Service to the Fatherland, 2^nd Class, decorations of the Finance Ministry and the Federal Treasury, and citation of the Russian Government.
