Education

1995: Graduated from Ustinov Baltic State Technical University with a degree in impact heat engines.

2008: Graduated from North-Western Academy of State Service under the Russian President with a degree in public and municipal administration.

Experience

1995-2005: Headed various investment and construction companies in St Petersburg.

2005-2010: Head of the Department for Investor Relations, First Deputy Chair of the Committee for Investment and Strategic Projects of the St Petersburg Government.

2010-2012: Administrative Assistant, Deputy Director of the Russian Government’s Department of Industry and Infrastructure.  

15 November, 2012: Appointed Head of the Federal Road Agency.

Married, with two daughters.
