Born on May 14, 1971, in the city of Inta.
1944: graduated with honours from the department of history at Lenin Moscow State Teacher Training University.
October 1994 – March 1997: studied as a postgraduate at the same university.
April 1997 – December 2011: worked in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly in the following positions: assistant to Duma Deputy Dmitry Rogozin; head of the Secretariat of Duma Deputy Speaker Dmitry Rogozin; chief of staff of the Rodina parliamentary party; chief of staff of the Just Russia-Rodina (National Patriotic Union) parliamentary party.
January 26, 2012: appointed head of the Secretariat of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.
