1986: graduated with honours from the Moscow Textile Institute.

1991-1994: worked in government bodies (Ministry of Industry of the Russian Federation, Goskomprom of the RF).

1999: Director of the Administrative Control Department at the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Taxes and Levies.

2000: Head of Staff of Fatherland-All Russia Party at the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

2000-2004: Head of the Enterprise Economics Department, Head of the Department for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activities, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.

2004-2006: Head of the Department for Liaison between Federal Executive Bodies and the Staff of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

2006-2007, Chief of Staff of the State Duma Committee for Credit Organisations and Financial Markets.

2008: Deputy Director General - Chief of Staff of the State Corporation - Housing and Utilities Reform Fund.

On November 1, 2008 appointed Head of the Secretariat of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Kozak.

Holds an honorary diploma of the Government of the Russian Federation, an honorary diploma of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, citations from the Chief of Staff of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the medal in memory of the 200th Anniversary of the Justice Ministry of the Russian Federation.
