During its meeting on February 16, 2010, the government of the Russian Federation adopted the following decisions on its agenda items:
I. Introducing amendments to acts of the government of the Russian Federation determining the powers of federal executive bodies in the field of energy conservation and increasing energy efficiency
The government of the Russian Federation adopted a draft resolution on this issue.
II. Introducing an amendment to the Statute on the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation adopted a draft resolution on this issue.
III. Draft Federal Law On Introducing Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation has approved the draft federal law and will submit it to the State Duma under established procedure.
IV. Draft Federal Law On Introducing Amendments to the Code of Inland Water Transport of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation has approved the draft federal law and will submit it to the State Duma under established procedure.
V. Draft Federal Law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 11 of the Federal Law On Days of Military Glory and Commemorative Dates in Russia
The government of the Russian Federation has approved the draft federal law and will submit it to the State Duma under established procedure.
VI. Draft Federal Law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 15.25 of the Code of the Russian Federation On Administrative Offenses
The government of the Russian Federation has approved the draft federal law and will submit it to the State Duma under established procedure.
VII. Participation of the Russian Federation in the World Bank initiative to improve the management of government finances in the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia
The government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft executive order on this issue.
VIII. Signing the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Temporary Import (Export) of Vehicles
The government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft executive order on this issue.
IX. Submitting to the President of the Russian Federation a proposal on signing an agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia on a joint Russian military base on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia
The government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft resolution on this issue.
X. Forming the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the 8th All-Russia Summer Rural Sport Games in 2010
The government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft executive order on this issue.
XI. Issuing state housing certificates to the Government of the Amur Region for distribution among citizens who lost their housing as a result of the emergency in the city of Zeya and the village of Ovsyanka (Zeya District, Amur Region) in July 2007
