In his address, Viktor Zubkov said, "Mr Nazarov is a high-level management professional. He has worked at the Executive Office of the Russian President and headed the Federal Agency for State Property Management."

"I am confident that Mr Nazarov's personal and professional qualities will enable him to bring Rosagroleasing's operations up to the mark. His current key tasks are reaching the target values of the State Programme, taking into account the remarks of the Audit Chamber and the General Prosecutor's Office, and changing the company's structure. It is washed up and inefficient. Conducting a full audit of the company and optimising the structure of its expenses are also necessary. In a word, these are challenging tasks. I think that with a new leader, the company's operations will be set on a constructive course. I wish all of you success."
