Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov chairs a meeting of the Trilateral Commission on the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations

Participants:

The following issues were considered at the meeting:

1. The draft orders of the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development of the Russian Federation:
- on the approval of the terms of reduced working hours, the provision of an annual additional paid holiday and an increase in salary for those employed in heavy, hazardous, dangerous or other specific jobs, pending a job evaluation;
- on the approval of the amount of reimbursement (the reduced working hours, the minimum duration of an additional annual paid holiday and a minimum salary increase rate) for people employed at heavy, hazardous and/or dangerous jobs.

2. The draft federal law on introducing amendments to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation and to Article 22¹ of the federal law on the state registration of legal entities and self-employed businessmen.

3. The draft federal laws:
- on the ratification of the revised Convention of 1970 on paid holidays (Convention No. 132);
- on the ratification of the Convention of 1971 on protecting the rights of employee representatives at companies and the opportunities provided to them (Convention No. 135);
- on the ratification of the Convention of 1981 on brokering collective negotiations (Convention No. 154).

4. Draft Federal Law No. 280873-5 on introducing an amendment to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation with regard to the specifics of underground job regulations.

5. The state of the labour market in general.

6. The draft integrated plan of top-priority measures of the Russian Trilateral Commission for the first half of 2010 to implement the general agreement between Russian nationwide union associations, Russian nationwide employer associations and the government of the Russian Federation for 2008-2010.

7. The composition of the interdepartmental working group on drafting recommendations to adjust the salary payment process at the federal, regional and local levels for employees at organisations funded by the respective budgets for 2011.

8. The composition of the consolidated working group of the Russian Trilateral Commission on the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations to draft a general agreement between Russian nationwide union associations, Russian nationwide employer associations and the government of the Russian Federation for the next consecutive period.
