Decisions of the January 13, 2010 Government Presidium meeting
The Presidium of the Government of the Russian Federation at its meeting on January 13, 2010, adopted the following decisions on the items on its agenda:
1. Draft federal law amending Articles 4 and 17 of the Federal Law On Defence
The Russian government approved the draft federal law amending Articles 4 and 17 of the Federal Law On Defence and made a decision to forward it to the State Duma per established procedure.
2. Agreement on Social and Legal Guarantees to the Personnel of the CIS Collective Peacekeeping Forces, to be submitted to the President of the Russian Federation for ratification
The government adopted a draft resolution on the issue.
3. Agreement on the Procedure for Financial, Technological and Logistics Support for the Activities and Personnel of the CIS Collective Peacekeeping Forces, to be submitted to the President of the Russian Federation for ratification
The government adopted a draft resolution on the issue.
4. Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations pertaining to Civil and Criminal Cases, and Protocol to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations pertaining to Civil and Criminal Cases of August 25, 1998, to be submitted to the President of the Russian Federation for ratification
The government adopted a draft resolution on the issue.
5. Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Spain on Delivery of Spanish Military Equipment and Personnel across the Territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the Participation of the Spanish Armed Forces in the Stabilization and Restoration Effort in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, to be submitted to the President of the Russian Federation for ratification
The government adopted a draft resolution on the issue.
