1. On the progress of the decisions made at the 23rd EurAsEC Interstate Council prime ministers' meeting of June 9, 2009.

2. On establishing the Customs Union and introducing a common economic space within the Eurasian Economic Community.

3. On the progress of anti-crisis measures implemented by EurAsEC countries to combat the global financial crisis.

4. On approving EurAsEC's Innovation Biotechnologies interstate targeted programme.

5. On the draft agreement of key principles for EurAsEC countries' currency policy to regulate and control capital flow transactions.

6. On the draft agreement for EurAsEC countries' cooperation in education.

7. On the draft concept for EurAsEC food security.

8. On the draft concept of the EurAsEC interstate targeted programme for reclamation of EurAsEC countries lands affected by uranium mining activities.

9. On the draft concept of the EurAsEC interstate targeted programme for establishing a system of informational and supervision support to implement a single procedure for EurAsEC countries' export control.

10. On the draft concept of establishing a single interstate database of immigrant workers who are residents of EurAsEC member countries.

11. On the draft protocol between EurAsEC and the International Development Association to introduce amendments to the Development Purposes Grant Agreement (the project to combat HIV in Central Asia) between the International Development Association and the Organisation of Central Asian Cooperation of May 12, 2005.
