A series of Russian-Chinese agreements was signed following bilateral talks in Beijing

Participants:

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao signed a joint communique following the 14th regular meeting of the Russian and Chinese heads of government.

In addition, the following agreements were signed in the presence of the two Prime Ministers:

The Protocol for the 13th meeting of the Russian-Chinese Commission on the Preparation for Regular Meetings of Heads of Government.

The supplement to the road map for the June 24, 2009 Memorandum of Mutual Understanding in Natural Gas Cooperation.

The Protocol for the 10th meeting of the Russian-Chinese Commission on Cultural Cooperation.

The Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People's Republic of China on informing each other about the launches of ballistic missiles and carrier rockets.

The Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the reciprocal establishment of cultural centres.

The Memorandum between the Russian Federal Customs Service and the Chinese Directorate General of Customs on Cooperation in Improving Customs Processing and Control Procedures.

The Space Cooperation Programme of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China for 2010-2012.

The framework agreement between Gazprom and China National Petroleum Corporation on the basic terms of Russian natural gas supplies to China.

The Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between Rosneft and China National Petroleum Corporation for Expanding Cooperation on the Upstream and Downstream projects.

The Memorandum between the Russian Ministry of Transport, the Chinese Ministry of Railways and Russian Railways on Mutual Understanding in Organising and Developing High-Speed Rail Service on the Territory of the Russian Federation.
