The Presidium of the Government of the Russian Federation at its meeting on February 9, 2009 made the following decisions on the issues on its agenda.

1. On submitting to the President of the Russian Federation (a revised version of) the European Social Charter for the purpose of introducing the same for ratification.
The meeting adopted a draft decree on the above issue.

2. On the draft federal law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 10 of the Law of the Russian Federation On the Police
The meeting approved the draft federal law On Introducing an Amendment to Article 10 of the Law of the Russian Federation On the Police and decided to introduce it at the State Duma under established procedure.

3. On the draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation
The meeting approved the draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation. It has been decided to submit the same to the State Duma under established procedure.

4. On the draft federal law On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the State of Qatar on Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Capital Investments
The meeting approved the draft federal law On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the State of Qatar on Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Capital Investments. It has been decided to submit the same to the State Duma under established procedure.

5. On draft federal law On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Capital Investments
The meeting approved the draft federal law On the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Capital Investments. It has been decided to introduce the same at the State Duma under established procedure.

6. On introducing amendments to the Statute on the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation
The meeting adopted a draft decree on the above issue.

7. On introducing an amendment to the Statute on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation
The meeting approved a draft decree on the above issue.

8. On the Federal Service for the Regulation of the Alcohol Market
The meeting adopted a draft decree on the above issue.

9. On draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for 2009 and the Plan Period 2010 and 2011
The meeting approved the draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for 2009 and the Plan Period 2010 and 2011. It has been decided to introduce the same at the State Duma under established procedure.
