1. On the preparation of an updated forecast of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation for 2009 and parameters of the federal budget and the budgets of state off-budget funds of the Russian Federation for 2009
The Government of the Russian Federation has taken note of the briefing by the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the preparation of an updated forecast of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation for 2009.
The Government has instructed:
• the Ministry of Economic Development to prepare an updated forecast of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation for 2009 proceeding from the updated main parameters of the forecast of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation for 2009.
• The Finance Ministry, proceeding from the updated forecast of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation for 2009, to prepare updated parameters of the federal budget for 2009.
• The Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia, proceeding from the updated forecast of the social and economic development of the Russian Federation for 2009 to prepare updated parameters of the budgets of state off-budget funds of the Russian Federation for 2009.
The above materials shall be duly submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation to be considered at the next meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. On the draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Laws On State Pensions in the Russian Federation and On the Civil Service of the Russian Federation
The Government of the Russian federation has approved the draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Laws On State Pensions in the Russian Federation and On the Civil Service of the Russian Federation and has decided to submit the same to the State Duma.
3. On the draft federal law On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the transit of goods moved between the customs bodies of the Russian federation and the customs bodies of the Republic of Belarus
The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the draft federal law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Transit of Goods Moved between the Customs Bodies of the Russian federation and Customs Bodies of the Republic of Belarus and has decided to submit the same to the State Duma.
4. On the signing of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on Granting a Government Credit to the Government of the Republic of Cuba.
The Government of the Russian Federation has passed a draft executive order on the said issue.
5. On budget allocations to the Government of the Stavropol Territory out of the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and the consequences of natural disasters
The Government of the Russian Federation has approved a draft executive order on the said issue.
6. On the issue to the Government of the Amur Oblast of state housing vouchers for distribution among the citizens who have lost their housing as a result of the flood in the area of the Zeya River and the village of Ovsyanka (Zeya District, Amur Oblast) in July 2007.
The Government of the Russian Federation has adopted a draft executive order on the said issue.
