A meeting of the Russian Government Commission on Economic Integration took place at the Russian Government House on June 18, 2008 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov
The meeting discussed the
preparations for the Russia-EU Summit in Khanty-Mansiisk, the outlook for the
start of negotiations on a new framework agreement between Russia and the EU, and Russia's
participation in the APEC and in the ASEAN dialogue.
