Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited the Seliger-2009 youth camp in the Tver Region, where the National Educational Forum is taking place

In particular, Mr Putin was told about the idea of introducing bicycle lanes in major cities where traffic jams are a problem. The project's author, Alina Petukhova from the Krasnodar Territory, suggested that it could be introduced first in Sochi, as part of the city's preparations for the Olympics.

Olesya Pilipchuk from the Novosibirsk Region told the Prime Minister about a project to distribute HIV testing kits free of charge.

Mr Putin also heard about an educational project presented by Vladimir Nechayev, rector of Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities.

One of the many other projects that the Prime Minister was also introduced to involved the use of composite materials in the aviation industry.
