At its meeting on August 4, 2008 the Presidium of the Government of the Russian Federation made the following decisions on the items on its agenda.
1. On the federal targeted programme Modernization of the Integrated System of the Air Traffic in the Russian Federation (2009-2015)
The meeting adopted a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
2. On introducing amendments to the federal targeted programme Economic and Social Development of the Far East and the Trans-Baikal Area in the Period up to 2013
The meeting adopted a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
3. On the draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to Article 26 of the Federal Law On the Bodies of the Judicial Community of the Russian Federation
It has been decided to approve the draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to Article 26 of the Federal Law On the Bodies of the Judicial Community of the Russian Federation and submit it to the State Duma in line with established procedure.
4. On the participation of the Russian Federation in increasing the shareholder capital of the Black Sea Bank for Trade and Development
The meeting adopted a draft executive order of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
5. On rendering humanitarian aid to the population of the People's Republic of China affected by unusually cold weather in early 2008
The meeting adopted a draft executive order of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
6. On presenting the Agreement on Establishing a System of Control of the Forces and Assets of the Collective Security System of the Collective Security Treaty Organization to the President of the Russian Federation to be introduced for ratification
The meeting passed a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
7. On the formation of the organizing committee to prepare and hold the song contest Eurovision-2009 and the approval of its composition.
The meeting adopted a draft executive order of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
8. On the allocation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (Roszarubezhtsentr) of money from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation
The meeting adopted a draft executive order of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
9. On the allocation to the Federal Agency for Print and Mass Media (Rospechat) of money from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for the needs of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Information Telegraph Agency of Russia (ITAR-TASS)
The meeting adopted a draft executive order of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
10. On presenting to the President of the Russian Federation the proposal on signing the Agreement on the Organization and Holding of Joint Anti-Terrorist Exercises by the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization
The meeting adopted a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
11. On the draft federal targeted programme Anti-Terror (2009-2012)
The meeting adopted a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on the said issue.
