Russia, Mongolia sign joint documents following bilateral talks

Russian and Mongolian officials signed a number of documents at a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Mongolian Prime Minister Sanjaagiin Bayar:
• Memorandum of Understanding between Russia's Transport Ministry and Mongolia's Ministry of Roads, Transport, Construction and Urban Development;
• Joint Statement of Russia's Agriculture Minister and Mongolia's Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry on Cooperation in Agriculture;
• Memorandum of Intention between Russia's State Nuclear Energy Corporation Rosatom and Mongolia's Nuclear Energy Agency on Training Personnel;
• Agreement between Russia's air carrier Aeroflot and MIAT Mongolian Airlines on Joint Airline Operations;
• Accord on Launching a Joint Venture between Russian Railways and Mongolia's state-owned company Erdenes MGL and state railway carrier MTZ.

A press release was issued following Russian-Mongolian intergovernmental talks, which were held during Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's May 13 visit to Mongolia.
