Vladimir Putin: How are things going?

Ramzan Kadyrov: The republic is enjoying stability and economic progress. We cannot say that things  are bad, but there are certain problems that must be settled for the sake of the new economy we are building. I have brought several letters with me.

Vladimir Putin: Is the new mosque functioning?

Ramzan Kadyrov: Yes, it has opened in its entirety. I just came back from Saudi Arabia and would like to pass on best regards from its King, as well as from the Palestinian leader and the Iraqi Defence Minister, whom I met there. They asked me very insistently to pass their regards on to Russian leaders. They are eager to cooperate-especially Iraq.

Vladimir Putin: I congratulate your republic and all Muslims on Kurban Bairam and wish you luck and the best of health.
