On May 15 the Prime Minister will address the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum and take part in the forum's discussion session, "Competition and Cooperation between Legal Systems: The Role of Law in the Development of Society, State and the Economy."

The St. Petersburg International Legal Forum is an annual event that has established itself as an international venue for dialogue among politicians, lawyers, business people and scientists. This year the forum will be held at the new Mariinsky Theatre building.
