Dmitry Medvedev visits the Integrated Government Service Centre in Yakutia

The Prime Minister was shown a window for clients and an electronic stand with information about the centre. Mr Medvedev also spoke with the employees of the centre.

At the conclusion of the visit, Mr Medvedev suggested that the experience of the centre’s activity in Yakutia be used in other regions.

The Integrated Government Service Centre has operated in Yakutia since 2010. It was the first centre to be launched in the Far East.

The centre provides over 200 state and municipal services, including electronic services. The services include those concerning land and property relations, entrepreneurship and the activity of non-profit organisations. The interdepartmental cooperation is conducted with 147 government bodies and organisations that provide state and municipal services. Since its opening, the centre has received over 350,000 people, and has a regional centre for receiving service requests by phone.
