Decisions of the December 27, 2012 Government meeting on:
1. The draft state programme National Space Activity
1. To approve the draft state programme National Space Activity in 2013-2020, while taking due account of the discussion.
2. The Federal Space Agency (Vladimir Popovkin), the Ministry of Economic Development (Andrei Belousov), and Minister Mikhail Abyzov, in conjunction with the concerned federal executive bodies, shall draft proposals on specifying clauses of the state programme National Space Activity in 2013-2020, while taking due consideration of the draft fundamental principles of Russia's policy in space activity up to 2030 and beyond and the results of the work of an inter-departmental working group to improve the system for managing rocket and spacecraft industry organisations to improve product quality, reliability and competitiveness.
The concerned parties shall report to the Government on the results of their activities in the second quarter of 2013.
2. The draft federal law On Recreational Fishing
To approve the draft federal law On Recreational Fishing and to submit it to the State Duma in line with the established procedure.
3. The draft federal law On Amending Article 19 of the Federal Law On Fishing and the Preservation of Water Biological Resources
To approve the draft federal law On Amending Article 19 of the Federal Law 'On Fishing and the Preservation of Water Biological Resources' and to submit it to the State Duma in line with the established procedure.
4. The draft federal law On Amending Some Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in Connection with Improvements to the Procedure of Confiscating State-Owned or Municipal-Owned Real Estate of Russian Regions Leased to Small- and Medium-Sized Businesses
To approve the draft federal law On Amending Some Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in Connection with Improvements to the Procedure of Confiscating State-Owned or Municipal-Owned Real Estate of Russian Regions Leased to Small- and Medium-Sized Businesses and to submit it to the State Duma in line with the established procedure.
5. The draft federal law On Amending the Federal Law On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation as Regards Improvements to the Procedure of Hiring Foreign Workers

6. The Volume of State Securities Emissions in 2013
1. To approve the draft Government directive on approving the maximum volume of state securities emissions in 2013, whose face value is quoted in Russian currency.
