The meeting discussed the issue of listing electricity generating facilities which were not selected in the tender to select these facilities for the 2013 period for electricity-generating facilities that supply power in forced mode.

The list of these facilities was approved after the meeting.

The Ministry of Energy was instructed to submit a draft Government decision on approving the list of facilities approved by the Commission to the Government for consideration as soon as possible.

The Commission also discussed the development of renewable energy sources and the development strategy of the Russian Networks Company. The Company’s draft development strategy was submitted by the Ministry of Energy and generally approved for further discussion involving electricity industry investors and experts. The Ministry of Energy was instructed to submit additional materials regarding the development of renewable energy sources for subsequent examination at a meeting to be chaired by Arkady Dvorkovich.
