The meeting participants heard reports on the state defence order by heads of ministries and departments.

In closing, Dmitry Rogozin said that "the decisions have been made, the defence order parameters (for 2013 and the planning period of 2014-2015) have been identified by the client and the contractors, and the results will be reported to the Government on 27 December."
