Government decision on the distribution in 2012 of budget subsidies to federal entities towards their expenditures on the implementation of the State Programme for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of the Markets of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food for 2008-2012
The issue was discussed at the Government meeting of 29 November, 2012. The following decisions were taken:
1. To approve the draft Government directive on the distribution in 2012 of federal budget subsidies to the budgets of federal entities as partial compensation for loan interest payments to Russian credit institutions and agricultural consumer credit cooperatives.
2. To approve the draft Government directive on the distribution in 2012 of federal budget subsidies to the budgets of federal entities as co-financing of their expenditure commitments for the promotion of seed supplies for growing fodder crops in areas of the Far North and in equated localities of poor-soil agriculture.
3. To approve the draft Government directive on the distribution in 2012 of federal budget subsidies to the budgets of federal entities as co-financing of their expenditure commitments for the promotion of flax and hemp cultivation.
4. To approve the draft Government directive on the distribution in 2012 of federal budget subsidies to the budgets of federal entities as co-financing of their expenditure commitments for partial reimbursement of the cost of plant protection chemicals.
5. To approve the draft Government directive on the distribution in 2012 of federal budget subsidies to the budgets of federal entities as co-financing of their expenditure commitments for partial reimbursement to agricultural producers of insurance costs for the protection of agricultural harvests and the growth and yield of perennial crops.
6. To approve the draft Government directive on the distribution in 2012 of federal budget subsidies to the budgets of federal entities as co-financing of their expenditure commitments for the development of elite seed production.
7. To approve the draft Government directive on the distribution in 2012 of federal budget subsidies to the budgets of federal entities as co-financing of their expenditure commitments for partial reimbursement to agricultural producers of the cost of agricultural chemicals purchased in accordance with the Federal Targeted Programme for the Preservation and Restoration of Agricultural Soil Fertility and Agricultural Landscapes as Russia’s National Heritage in 2006-2010 to 2013.
