While visiting Finland's leading university, Dmitry Medvedev and his Finnish counterpart Jyrki Katainen got acquainted with Russian-Finnish innovation projects. In particular, they were shown a project to ensure the safe use of firearms, and a new touch screen disinfectant.

Afterward, Mr Medvedev was invited to a sauna, in accordance with Finnish custom. It was not a typical sauna, but a laboratory known as Startup Sauna, where innovative projects are developed in various fields.
